Hacienda Cocina al Aire Libre Coming Soon to Southlake Mall in Morrow

MORROW, GEORGIA — The transformation is officially underway at Southlake Mall. Hacienda Cocina al Aire Libre, a new Hacienda Bar & Grill restaurant, is anticipated to open in fall 2026 at the former 404 Sports Bar & Grill location in Morrow, Georgia.

The restaurant is currently progressing through its buildout and conversion stage, with an anticipated October–November opening window. The final opening date will be announced as construction, inspections, licensing and operational preparations progress.

Meaning "open-air kitchen," Hacienda Cocina al Aire Libre represents a fresh vision for Mexican dining, handcrafted cocktails, family gatherings, celebrations and community events. The concept will combine the energy of a contemporary Mexican bar and grill with the warmth, hospitality and festive atmosphere associated with Hacienda.

The transformation represents both a new beginning and a continuation of the location's history as a South Metro Atlanta gathering place. Hacienda Morrow will welcome families, friends, professionals, community organizations and guests celebrating life's special occasions.

Planned offerings include Mexican-inspired cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, family-friendly dining, catering, group dining and private-event experiences. Subject to final approvals, the Hacienda experience is also expected to include patio dining, entertainment, special events and community-centered programming.
